We start with a half-day workshop, not a year-long programme. Together we look across your service, sales, operations and risk functions to find the roles where the work outstrips the people, and where a digital worker would pay for itself fastest.

You leave with the first fundable role identified and scoped, a build roadmap, and a business case you can take to the board. The fee is fixed, and credited toward your first hire when you proceed.

Probation

Prove it on real work

The worker earns its place before it becomes permanent.

A new hire doesn't go straight to permanent, and neither does a digital worker. Through probation it handles real cases under close supervision, with weekly KPI reviews and the edge cases of your business found, handled and tuned.

The worker learns the job while we manage the ramp. By the end of probation it has earned its place on measurable performance, or it does not graduate.
